This hostel is one of the best I've stayed in! the staff is incredibly kind and friendly, addressing everyone by their first name. the owner even offered me a free upgrade to a 3-bed room because I mentioned I was in Krakow for a meeting. the hostel is well-equipped, nicely decorated, and very clean. Plus, they have great attention to detail with free coffee, tea, and even free cereals. the kitchen is well-stocked with a dishwasher, and they even have laundry facilities. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the old town but far enough away to avoid the noise. There's a market right outside the front door and everything you need nearby. the hostel attracts culturally interested travelers, not just party-goers.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was just a short walk to the city center and we were surrounded by the main marketplaces. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 24-hour convenience store nearby. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice, airy atmosphere. It was great to have access to a kitchen as well, even though we didn't end up using it.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. there was a lack of lighting in the hallway and kitchen which made it difficult to move around at night.

We loved the overall vibe of the place and appreciated the attention to detail, like free coffee, tea, and cereals. the location was perfect, close to the old town, train station, and Galeria. the well-stocked kitchen and option for laundry were also a plus. the value for the price we paid was truly amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, so I could pretend to be a chef while struggling to cook a simple meal. The morning light was so bright that I didn't need an alarm clock to wake up.

I absolutely loved the feeling of sharing a room with strangers and the constant rollercoaster ride on my squeaky bed. Pure bliss.
